Chrones may have officially opened its doors in 2003, however, our establishment has been running for more than 70 years. Our owner, MD, grew up overseas before coming to New York City 38 years ago. Eventually, he moved to the Garden State where Chrones came to life. MD has been working in the restaurant industry for more than 40 years and cites his experience at other pizzerias as the reason why he's learned the skills to operate Chrones and deliver the best pizza around. And there's a special history with the people here. One of our bartenders has been here for 44 years and we like to think of the people the come here not as customers, but family. Because good food is only better when enjoyed with the people you love.
